AF = aunt flow (aka CD1 aka my period)
BBT = basal body temperature (used to determine when ovulation occurs)
BD = baby dance (have sex)
BFN = big fat negative pregnancy test
BFP = big fat positive pregnancy test
CD = cycle day (usually bet 28 – 30 days long)
CM = Cervical Mucus (if you don’t already know…don’t ask)
DH = dear husband
DPO = days post ovulation
HPT = home pregnancy test
IF = infertility
IUI = intrauterine insemination (aka artificial insemination)
IVF = in vitro fertilization
MIL = mother-in-law
OPK = ovulation prediction kit
PCOS = polycytsic ovary syndrome
PG = pregnant
POAS = pee on a stick (in reference to a pregnancy test)
RE = reproductive endocrinologist (basically an obgyn who specializes in fertility)
SIL = sister-in-law
TTC = trying to conceive
